Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy! If for any reason you’re not satisfied and wish to exchange your product, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

·       The product(s) must be in unused condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

·       The product must pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup.

·       Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

⚠️ Products purchased under clearance sales, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts, brand collaborations, or promotional campaigns with free products cannot be exchanged. Terms and conditions will be mentioned during such promotional activities.

 

📸 Important Requirement

We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking the order. This video should clearly show all tags and packaging intact. It will be considered valid proof in case of:

·       Missing product(s)

·       Damaged product(s)

·       Wrong item received

Without this video proof, we may not be able to process exchanges.

 

📝 Steps to Request an Exchange

1.      Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email us at support@ebuyry.com or WhatsApp us at +91 82007 04901 with:

·       Order Number

·       Reason for exchange

·       Desired size or replacement item (subject to availability)

2.      Reverse Pickup

·       We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address (two attempts only).

·       The item will be inspected for quality upon receipt.

·       Upon successful inspection, we will dispatch the requested exchanged product.

3.      Self-Ship (if reverse pickup is not available)

·       If your pin code is not serviceable, kindly self-ship the product(s) to:

·       Share the courier docket/tracking details with us.

 

🚚 Dispatch of Exchanged Product

·       Once the original product(s) pass our quality check, your exchange item will be shipped within 48 hours.

·       In case of non-availability of the requested exchange item/size, we will issue a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

Note:

·       Exchanges are only possible for size or same product issues. For any other concerns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

·       We recommend using Speed Post for any self-shipped returns or exchanges as it is reliable and widely available.
